Cancellation Policy
At Season's Eden, we strive to offer flexibility while ensuring the sustainability of our boutique retreat. Our cancellation policy balances guest needs with our commitment to maintaining a unique experience.
30+ days before arrival: Eligible for a full refund, less a 5% administrative fee.
15–29 days before arrival: Eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking.
14 days or fewer before arrival: Non-refundable.
No-shows or early departures: Non-refundable.
Deposit Policy
A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The balance is due 30 days before arrival. Bookings made within 30 days of arrival require full payment.
Exceptions
In cases of extreme weather, government restrictions, or force majeure, Season's Eden may issue a credit toward a future stay, valid for 12 months, at management's discretion.
How to Cancel
Cancellations must be requested in writing via email to info@seasonseden.com or through our booking platform.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed according to the cancellation policy outlined above and apply to accommodations, merchandise, and event bookings.
Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
Guests may elect to receive a booking credit, valid for 12 months, instead of a monetary refund.
Non-refundable items: Special event tickets, food and beverage packages, and consumable add-ons (e.g., firewood, s'mores kits) are non-refundable once purchased or consumed.
Refund delays caused by your financial institution are beyond Season's Eden's control.
In the rare event Season's Eden must cancel your stay due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or rebooking credit will be provided at your choice.
Returns & Refunds Store
The following return and refund terms apply to items purchased through the Season's Eden online store.
Food items are non-returnable due to health and safety regulations.
Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by contacting info@seasonseden.com with photos of the issue.
Eligible non-food items, if offered, may be returned within 14 days in unused condition. Items must be in original packaging.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Privacy Policy
Season's Eden respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. We collect only what is necessary to provide exceptional service.
Information We Collect
Personal information such as name, email address, phone number, billing address, reservation details, and purchase history.
How Information Is Used
To process reservations, fulfill purchases, communicate with guests, improve services, and comply with legal obligations.
Third-Party Sharing
Information may be shared with Stripe, Newbook, shipping providers, and email service providers. Season's Eden does not sell personal data.
California Consumer Rights
California residents may request access to or deletion of their personal data and may opt out of data sharing where applicable.
Data Security
Reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards are implemented to protect personal data. All payment transactions are securely encrypted. We do not store full credit card details.
Guest Rights
Guests may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data, and may opt out of marketing communications. Requests can be made by contacting privacy@seasonseden.com.
Terms of Service
By using the Season's Eden website, you agree to these Terms. All bookings and purchases are subject to availability and confirmation.
Booking & Payments
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at booking; balance is due 30 days before arrival.
Reservations made within 30 days of arrival must be paid in full.
Food products are sold as packaged goods only and are not medical or dietary products.
Guest Responsibilities
Guests agree to respect the property, facilities, and natural environment.
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Smoking, illegal activity, and unauthorized events are strictly prohibited.
Pets are not permitted unless specifically stated in the accommodation listing.
The lead guest is responsible for the conduct of their entire party.
Liability & Waiver
Use of trails, lakes, gardens, and recreational facilities is at guests' own risk.
Season's Eden is not liable for accidents, injuries, illnesses, theft, or loss of personal property.
Season's Eden disclaims liability for indirect or consequential damages.
Guests are encouraged to carry personal travel insurance.
Damages & Security Deposit
A refundable damage deposit or pre-authorization hold may be required at check-in.
Guests are responsible for damages or excessive cleaning beyond normal wear and tear. Charges will be applied to the card on file.
Check-In / Check-Out
Standard check-in: 3:00 PM or later. Standard check-out: by 11:00 AM.
Early check-in/late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur a fee.
Governing Law
Missouri law governs these Terms. Any disputes shall first attempt resolution through mediation.
Policy Acknowledgement
By confirming your booking, making a purchase, and/or entering the property, you acknowledge and agree to all Season's Eden policies.
Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated.
Food items may be shipped to the Season's Eden property in advance of guest arrival or to the address provided at checkout.
Responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier upon dispatch.
Free shipping on orders over $75. Standard shipping rates apply to orders under $75.
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
Food Ecommerce Compliance & Labeling
All food items sold are prepackaged, shelf-stable, and labeled in compliance with FDA regulations.
Each listing includes ingredients, allergen disclosures, net weight, and business identification.
Food products are sold as packaged goods only and are not intended as medical or dietary products.
Accessibility & ADA Commitment
Season's Eden commits to reasonable digital accessibility, including:

Data Security & Payments
Bookings and guest data are managed through Newbook. Payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor.
Season's Eden does not store credit card numbers or sensitive payment credentials.
Data is shared only with service providers necessary to fulfill bookings, payments, and communications.
Season's Eden is registered for Missouri sales tax. Economic nexus in other states is actively monitored.
